Shipping costs are free for all orders from our distribution center and factories in North America. We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and we can ship same day for in-stock items. Here, you'll find everything you need to know about the delivery.

Delivery time

Brazed plate heat exchangers
Ships same day if ordered before 1:00 PM ET; next day if after 1:00 PM ETPlease refer to the chart below for lead time per product. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Gasketed plate heat exchangers
Ships 3-4 business days after date of purchase

Parts: Gaskets
Ships same day if ordered before 1:00 PM ET; next day if after 1:00 PM ET

Parts: Plates packs (gaskets on)
Typically ships 7-14 business days after date of purchase

Typically ships 3-4 business days after date of purchase

Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days, depending on delivery address. You will receive an email order acknowledgement including the estimated delivery date. Please note that the date provided is an estimate and we cannot guarantee delivery on this date. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping and delivery date. Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Freight Shipments

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the invoice. The invoice contains the tracking number(s) of your package(s). Please use that number to track your delivery.

The Alfa Laval Canada Web Shop only ships domestically. If you are outside Canada, please change your web shop country setting.
