  • A serial number is displayed on the name plate of your unit. Depending on the production year, it may appear as:

    • "Serial No."
    • "S/N"
    • Other similar formats

  • The name plate is a small metal plate attached to your unit. It contains key technical details, such as:

    • Type
    • Serial number
    • Manufacturer
    • Model
    • Year of production

    Please refer to this information when contacting our support team or using the replacement tool.

  • To find a suitable replacement for brazed or fusion heat exchangers—including units from other brands:

    • Enter the technical specifications of your current unit
    • We will recommend the best matching product
    • If you are already an Alfa Laval customer, please contact your dedicated team for access support and answers to any questions.
