A serial number is displayed on the name plate of your unit. Depending on the production year, it may appear as:
- "Serial No."
- "S/N"
- Other similar formats
The name plate is a small metal plate attached to your unit. It contains key technical details, such as:
- Type
- Serial number
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Year of production
Please refer to this information when contacting our support team or using the replacement tool.
To find a suitable replacement for brazed or fusion heat exchangers—including units from other brands:
- Enter the technical specifications of your current unit
- We will recommend the best matching product
- If you are already an Alfa Laval customer, please contact your dedicated team for access support and answers to any questions.
- If you are not yet a customer and would like to become one, please reach out to your nearest Alfa Laval office.
Once you find the product type or specific unit you are interested in:
- Click on “Request Quote”
- You will be guided to select one of our partners, who will receive your quote request
- In the quote request form, we ask for information about you so we can provide more details
