Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund minus a $100 return fee* to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned product(s) must be returned in original packaging or sufficiently repackaged so that no damage occurs during return shipment
  • Returned product(s) must be unused and have no visible signs of wear

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email our customer service team at canada.parts@alfalaval.com with the following information:
    a. Order #
    b. Pickup address with contact name and phone number
    c. Item(s) being returned
    d. Number of pallets being returned
    e. Weight and dimensions of each pallet
    f. Reason for the return
  2. Our team will start the return process and you will receive an email from FedEx with a bill of lading and shipping label.
  3. Send the item(s) back to us using the label provided.
  4. Within 3-5 business days after your shipment is received back at our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded the full amount minus a $100 return fee*.
  5. For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired exchange product.

Lost or damaged items

For lost or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team at canada.parts@alfalaval.com to begin a claim. For new lost or damaged orders shipped from our warehouse, we will ship a new product(s) as soon as possible.

Defective product

If product is found to be defective, you must report it within 30 days of the delivery date. We will replace such products at no additional charge or provide a full refund.

To return a defective product, simply contact canada.parts@alfalaval.com with the details. Note that returned defective product must contain all packaging, literature, parts and accessories that came with it.

Unforeseen circumstances

Alfa Laval Inc. is strongly committed to excellent Customer Service and will communicate with customers in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if you experience any problems with your order or need any assistance.

*The fees will be taken out of the refunded amount. Please follow the steps in the "Returns and Exchanges Policy" section to initiate the return or exchange.
